We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing Customer Success team.
Your mission is to ensure successful onboarding, operational adoption, and the long-term growth of our enterprise customers. You’ll act as the voice of the customer internally and coordinate across departments to remove roadblocks and drive results. This is not a passive role. You are expected to actively manage the relationship, not just react when something breaks. Regular travel is required for customer visits.
You’ll report to the Department Lead Customer Success and work closely with internal stakeholders in Technical Project Management, Key Account Management, and Customer Support.
