As a Junior Technical Project Manager, you’ll start your career in our company by supporting our project leads during the rollout of our energy management platform, HARMON-E, for enterprise customers. You’ll be part of the team that works with operators of fast charging stations to deliver energy-efficient, scalable solutions. To get started, you'll own individual tasks within customer onboarding projects, and you'll learn from our project leads and senior colleagues. As your skill set develops, so will your responsibilities. Before you know it, you'll be juggling complex projects and multiple stakeholders, internally and externally.

It’s a mix of tech know-how, project coordination, and customer collaboration. You won’t be coding, but you will be the person making sure that EV chargers and stationary batteries work together, that power meters are correctly installed by the electricians and customer projects move forward.

You’ll be part of our Customer Delivery Team, reporting directly to the Department Lead, and working closely with Senior Project Leads, Product Management, Software Developing, and the Sales team.
