About the Position

We are looking for a Solution Engineer to join our Customer Success team in Munich. In this role, you will work on customer solution delivery, helping to deploy FLEXECHARGE’s HARMON-E platform to customers. You report to the Head of Customer Success and you are part of the CTO Office.

The ideal candidate has a solid technical background, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and enjoys customer-facing delivery.

What you’ll do

Solution Engineering:

• Design and implement scalable solutions from the FLEXECHARGE Energy Management toolbox, based on customer needs and infrastructure.
• Serve as the main technical contact for customers during pilot and implementation phases.
• Ensure interoperability of energy assets, work daily with OCPP, MQTT, Modbus-TCP, and APIs, and advise customers on integration best practices.
